Ongoing IT and development support

Someone who answers when the system stops.

Most businesses do not need a full IT department. They need a team that picks up the phone and fixes things properly.

FAQ

Questions we are usually asked

If yours is not here, put it in the form below.

Do you support systems your team did not build?

Yes. We review the existing setup first, get the access and documentation in order, then take it on. If something is built in a way we cannot safely maintain, we will tell you before starting.

How quickly do you respond?

Retainer clients get priority response on the same working day, and urgent problems such as a site being down are handled immediately. On-call clients are answered within one working day.

Is there a fixed monthly cost?

For retainers, yes. The monthly amount depends on how many systems are covered and how much change work you expect. On-call support is charged per job instead.

What if we only need occasional help?

Then on-call support is enough. You contact us when something needs attention and we charge for that work only. Many clients start this way and move to a retainer later.

Do you work outside office hours?

For urgent issues affecting customers, yes. Routine work is done in working hours. If your business runs in the evening or on Fridays, we agree the hours in advance.

Will you also make improvements, not just fixes?

Yes. Retainers include a set amount of change work each month, such as new reports, extra pages or small features. Larger projects are quoted separately.

What happens to our passwords and access?

Access is documented and kept with your company, not with an individual. You keep ownership of hosting, domains and accounts throughout.

Can we stop the retainer later?

Yes. It works month to month after the first term. If you stop, we hand over documentation and access so nothing is locked with us.
